   If you decide to move forward, we’ll begin working on your custom video. Depending on the service level you select, you’ll be entitled to a certain number of revisions to ensure the project matches your vision.
4. Review and Revise:
   After the initial draft is ready, you’ll receive an email to review the project. You can provide feedback and revisions according to your chosen service level.
5. Finalizing the Project:
   Once you’re happy with the project, we’ll master and finalize the video.
6. Receive Your Finished Project:
   You’ll get an email notification with instructions on how to securely download your completed project directly from our website.

Our standard rates include services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). However, if your project requires travel outside of this region or necessitates an overnight stay, additional charges will apply to cover travel expenses, accommodation, and extended production time.

These additional costs will be discussed in detail before the production, ensuring there are no surprises and you’re fully aware of the breakdown.

  This is for clients who want the best of the best. But keep in mind—if your project includes premium add-ons (like video services, creative concept development, external sound purchases, or specialty sourcing), it may increase the final cost. That’s why every level says “starting at.”

A Note on Add-Ons & Exceptions:
All packages are built with a core set of features. But if you go beyond the included time or add specialized services (like commercial licensing, idea generation, third-party voiceovers, external purchases, etc.), you may be asked to upgrade or simply pay a small add-on fee.

But don’t worry—we’ll always work with your budget and be upfront with pricing.
