1. Request a Quote:
   Start by clicking on the service you're interested in and submitting a request for a quote. Be sure to provide as many details as possible about your project, including any examples or references you may have. This helps us tailor the project to your exact needs.
2. Receive Your Quote:
   Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you with a quote based on the details of your project.
3. Start the Project:
   If you decide to move forward, we’ll begin working on your custom video. Depending on the service level you select, you’ll be entitled to a certain number of revisions to ensure the project matches your vision.
4. Review and Revise:
   After the initial draft is ready, you’ll receive an email to review the project. You can provide feedback and revisions according to your chosen service level.
5. Finalizing the Project:
   Once you’re happy with the project, we’ll master and finalize the video.
6. Receive Your Finished Project:
   You’ll get an email notification with instructions on how to securely download your completed project directly from our website.

Our standard rates include services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). However, if your project requires travel outside of this region or necessitates an overnight stay, additional charges will apply to cover travel expenses, accommodation, and extended production time.

These additional costs will be discussed in detail before the production, ensuring there are no surprises and you’re fully aware of the breakdown.
